HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:
 Handling the complete recruitment cycle
 Conducting on boarding and off boarding process for the employees
 Managing salary and payroll process
 Employee Engagement activities on daily and planned basis as per the yearly calendar
 Organizing and maintaining personnel records
 Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
 Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending HR
policies and procedures


Required Skill Set:
 Good command on written & verbal English
 Good organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important things
 Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
 Knowledge of IT industry

*Experience:5-6 years
